UNIVERSAL RECOGNITION
The Village at Castle Pines boasts two private Jack Nicklaus Signature Courses: The Country Club at Castle Pines and Castle Pines Golf Club. While the Golf Club hosted The International for 21 years and is now the host of the 2024 BMW Championship, the Country Club and golf course here at the Country Club at Castle Pines is perched at the highest point in the Village with 700 feet of elevation change amidst a mountainous and forested landscape. We are the club for residents of the Village and the surrounding communities, but we are inextricably linked to the long-standing history of the Village at Castle Pines as a private golf community known around the world.

New Member Ambassador Program

75% of our newest members are sponsored and recommended by an existing member.

Prospective Member Families without a member sponsor have a Membership Committee Ambassador meet with them prior to Board approval.

Ambassadors invite new members to various events and activities in addition to being present at New Member Mixers and events.

New Member Mixers happen in various forms 3-4 times per year giving new members multiple opportunities to meet other new members and Ambassadors during their critical first year.

Our Board of Directors, comprised of nine dedicated members, collaborates closely with our management team to ensure the successful operation and continual advancement of the Club. Complementing this leadership are seven club committees, with over 60 members who generously volunteer their time and expertise. Together, the Board and committees have been instrumental in shaping the Club's growth and development. This year, the Board is focused on propelling the Club into the future with ambitious objectives, including creating a strategic master plan, developing new branding standards, and conducting a comprehensive member survey to gather invaluable feedback for future enhancements and capital improvements.

Since joining the CCCP team last year, I have been dedicated to not only increasing our communication efforts but also finding innovative ways to make these efforts more engaging for our members. In our pursuit of excellence, we launched a monthly digital newsletter and three annual magazines focusing on golf, social events, and youth sports. These publications have been instrumental in keeping our members informed and connected.

Understanding the pivotal role of social media in today’s communication landscape, we have strategically enhanced our online presence:

Instagram: Over the past year, our Instagram page has experienced significant growth, driven by engaging content and interactive features.

Members-only Facebook Group: We are on the brink of launching a dedicated Facebook group exclusively for members, aimed at fostering a closer community and facilitating direct communication.
MEMBER TEXTING
To further elevate our communication strategy, we have integrated a member texting platform. This platform not only promotes upcoming events and weekly specials but also conducts a dining feedback survey three times a week, ensuring we continually improve based on real-time member feedback.
DATA DRIVEN COMMUNICATION
In addition to these initiatives, I have implemented best practices from the communication industry, including data-driven content strategies and advanced engagement analytics. These efforts have resulted in more personalized and impactful communication, aligning with our goal of enhancing the overall member experience.
